The new mecwacare Ballan Aged Care project represents an important addition to the Ballan community, providing a contemporary environment where older residents can receive high-quality care while remaining connected to their local community. Located alongside mecwacare’s broader health and care services, the facility strengthens the range of support available to older people and their families across Ballan and the surrounding region. ABS Painting was engaged to deliver the painting and protective coatings package across the project, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, durable and visually consistent finishes throughout the facility.

With the facility designed around resident wellbeing, social connection and access to landscaped outdoor spaces, the quality of the finishes plays an important role in creating an environment that feels both contemporary and homely.
